This charming, clean Beach Cottage is a perfect place for a family to make beautiful memories. Its only seven houses away from a private beach. When you're not at the beach, enjoy spending time in the open concept living room/kitchen. There is one full bathroom with tub. It has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8-10 and has a separate eating area that opens to the back patio where there is a table, chairs, a gas grill and an outdoor shower. There is Off-street parking for 4-5 cars. It's only a 7 houses from the beach.

House Rules
The Home has been updated, and completely refurnished; we expect that our residents treat it as if it were their own.
Absolutely no smoking inside the house.
Excessive noise or rowdy partying is not tolerated.
We do not rent to prom groups.
No subleasing.
Any damages or missing items will be deducted from the security deposit.
Guest are expected to follow trash/recycling instructions.
Must show rental receipt to purchase Beach Badges

Rental Information
This home is available May through September for weekly rentals (Sat to Sat).
Check in is at 3:00 PM,
check out is at 11:00 AM
